The First Visit in Three Steps

Book online, meet a pediatric dentist, and leave with a plan. The first visit covers an exam, a cleaning when your child is ready, and time for your questions.

Bring your insurance card, a list of any medicines, and any records from a previous dentist. Forms can be completed online before you arrive.

If Your Child Is Nervous

Tell us when you book. The dentist can start with a look around and a ride in the chair, and nothing happens that your child has not been told about first.

Booking the First Visit

Book online at any of the six offices, add each child you want seen, and choose a time. You will receive a confirmation and text reminders before the visit. You can also call or text (757) 471-2900.

Ages We See

ICON Pediatric Dentistry sees children from their first tooth or first birthday through the teen years. Babies and toddlers are welcome, and so are teens who have never been to a pediatric dentist before.
